There are only a handful of times each year that color photography really calls to me, and one of those times is during the annual springtime thaw. This is when I typically start to feel myself slowly creeping out of whatever wintery state I find myself (usually, it is some intensity of depression).
These photos are from early 2024. Lindsey had recently gifted me a velveeta shells & cheese dinner 110 camera, the world around me was slowly waking up, and I was hoping to join it.
I had two 110 cartridges of lomography color 200 film that I exposed with the camera–I exposed one while walking around at Pretty Lake when I was supposed to be working (I don’t work there now, so I can openly admit it), and the other while biking around Kalamazoo, MI and driving/hiking in Holland, MI. The photos appear in no particular order.
Please enjoy!
