Well, it’s a start. I taped two strips of kentmere pan 100 35mm film onto a piece of cut sheet film and centered it in my pinsta camera. I exposed the film for about 2 mississippis (compensating for reciprocity failure) with a piece of red transparency, aka a “red filter”, taped over the pinhole.

This is my second attempt at making an image this way. The first failing because I tried to develop the film inside my pinsta camera as I would have with 4×5 sheet film or paper, but the developer just didn’t cover the film as it should have. This time I removed the film and developed it in one of my paterson tanks like I would have any other 35mm film.

I think that because the camera front and back weren’t in contact with the paper/film the entire way around the camera, I ended up with major light leaks where it didnt make a good seal. Next time, I’ll tape it up.

It also seems like I captured some camera shake. My bad!
